To rent a vehicle, you will need to present the following original and valid documents:
Official ID: For Mexicans, the INE credential; for foreigners, a passport.
Driver’s license: Must be a valid license. If you are a foreigner, your license from your home country is usually sufficient, although in some cases an International Driving Permit may be requested.
The minimum age to be the main driver is 25 years old.
Yes! You can add additional drivers to the contract at no extra cost. This is a courtesy we offer. They just need to show their valid driver's license and official ID when picking up the vehicle.
Our policy is "same-to-same" . The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level (usually a full tank) and must be returned with exactly the same level. If you return it with less fuel, a charge for the difference will be applied at the gas station price.
